Review for Chateau Denmark: A Gem in Soho From the moment I arrived, Chateau Denmark exceeded every expectation, starting with their stellar service. Despite arriving 4 hours early after a long journey, the staff graciously accommodated an early check-in, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. Special mention goes to my butler, Tyronne, who truly went above and beyond. His witty humor and genuine helpfulness made me feel instantly at ease. Noticing I hadn’t had breakfast, he thoughtfully brought me a delicious chocolate and butter croissant to tide me over. He ensured every detail in my room was perfect, from extra hangers to setting up my morning coffee at 13Den Bar. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—situated above Tottenham Court Road in the vibrant heart of Soho, with the Elizabeth Line providing direct access to Heathrow. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, you can’t get more central than this. The room was a standout—a quirky, themed space inspired by “Wake Me Up When September Ends.” Contrary to popular opinion, my room boasted a spacious balcony with ample natural light, making it perfect for getting holiday-ready. Despite being in the heart of Soho on New Year’s Eve, the room was remarkably quiet, ensuring a restful stay. The amenities at Chateau Denmark were equally impressive. Guests enjoy a generous 20% discount on dining at 13Den, and the in-room features were thoughtfully curated, blending style with functionality. The 13Den Bar deserves a review of its own. The food and drinks were phenomenal, with the staff taking care to ask about allergies and preferences. Every dish and cocktail was crafted to perfection, complemented by a rich and luxurious ambiance. The team at 13Den truly elevated my experience, making it a highlight of my stay. Finally, a shoutout to Luca, the Butler Manager, whose attentiveness and professionalism ensured a seamless experience.

Review: Apartment 702 at Chateau Denmark, London Somewhere between the sweat of old rock riffs and the scent of fresh-cut decadence, Chateau Denmark rises like a glam-goth fever dream in the middle of Soho. Room 702 isn’t a hotel room—it’s a seductive dare. And I took it. The lobby of Chateau Denmark can be found through a psychedelic tunnel of an ever-shifting digital kaleidoscope. Very Cyberpunk. Once there, you are greeted by staff dressed like roadies ready to move your gear, musical or otherwise to its final destination. The check-in tunnel alone is a psychedelic baptism. Then you’re in. Room 702 is pitch-perfect sensory provocation. Black leather underfoot. Walls the shade of late-night secrets. A blood-red roll-top bathtub positioned like an altar. The fireplace roars—not with flame but with devilish attitude. It’s theatrical, unapologetic, and luxuriously excessive. The king sized bed is very comfy, but you’re not here to sleep. You’re here to sin in style. Every piece of furniture looks like it has a story—maybe illicit, definitely expensive. The minibar is less a convenience and more a call to action: wine, champagnes, high-end tequila, even the tools to make your own cocktails. That Void speaker system? It doesn’t whisper—it performs. I especially liked the Vintage Goth playlist. Yes, it’s over-the-top. No, it’s not for everyone. But if you’re chasing a night (or a weekend) that feels like a lost track on a Velvet Goldmine soundtrack—this is it.

Absolutely fabulous! Fantastic interior design, loved the dark moody colours, the red walls, the red bath! The buildings are very tastefully refurbished in heritage colours and style. Great sound system with ready made playlists. Various Lighting/heating controls, plentiful plug sockets, super water pressure in shower/bathroom and space to spread out and get ready for the night out. Perfect for hot man and I and perfect for a stay with friends, lovers, husbands, not necessarily in that order! Stayed in the Townhouse apartment, so much space to strut about and have fun and games. Very sexy place to stay and you will not want to go out! Didn’t have much need for the BTLR service except on arrival and when we couldn’t remember our PIN number to get back in later that night, but two BTLRS arrived in seconds and opened the door. Fantastic service from start to finish. Visited their beautiful, plush Bar Thirteen for drinks and small plates and again excellent service. If money were no object I’d have one of their gorgeous BTLR’s all night to make drinks from the apartments own lavish bar and entertain us. Nothing left to chance or not thought of. We loved it, loved it, loved it and will definitely be back.

The Chateau Denmark is a stunning hotel. Totally my taste in decor. Ideally situated. The BTLR team all lovely especially Fredrick. Their bar thirteen is equally as impressive. I had a huge issue with their affiliated restaurant at top of building called Tattu. I will leave a seperate review on that though as I don't want it to tarnish this hotels review. They keep in contact with you throughout your stay via text, and are there at drop of hat if needed, or back away if you want a quiet day. After booking this hotel I read reviews and started to think...eek, seems bit raunchy wild. Its not. It's perfect. And I would happily travel as a single female to stay in it feeling completely safe. 5 stars from me! I stayed in room 101. I'd love to see the rest of the rooms. I'll be back x

Great location & warm welcome by the friendly & efficient reception team. Our deluxe room was very stylish with everything you could wish for - really comfy bed, balcony, 2 tv’s & music system, full bar, fridge, coffee m/c, kettle, beautiful glasses & china…. even an ice maker. Our butler, Jonathan was a real asset & was on hand if we needed anything. Their bar/restaurant (thirteen) opposite was great for lunch & cocktails - (excellent sushi). Some reviews were rather negative but really not sure why as we enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for tonight! Thank you all for making our anniversary weekend so memorable.
